You may return eligible desk accessories within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and documentation intact.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you would like to exchange your desk accessory for a different item, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process.
If there is a price difference between items, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment as applicable.
If you receive a damaged or defective desk accessory, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Do not use the product.
